Avistar Expands New Product Offerings in the UK

JSR Technology Distributes the Latest Avistar C3™ Solutions via its Computer and Networking Services Group

San Mateo, Calif., Nov. 17, 2009 – Avistar Communications Corp. (www.avistar.com), a leader in unified visual communications solutions, today announced that Northern Ireland-based JSR Technology, which specializes in computer networks, telephone systems, videoconferencing, and other services, will distribute the award-winning Avistar C3 software solutions platform.

JSR Technology will work with channel resellers to distribute the Avistar C3 solutions to end users.  The firm already partners with Microsoft and Citrix resellers to deploy Microsoft Office Communications Server (OCS) and Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp thin client platforms, which complements Avistar’s newest products launched at VoiceCon San Francisco 2009 earlier this month: the Avistar C3 Unified™ – Microsoft OCS Edition and the Avistar C3 Integrator™ – Citrix Edition solutions. These solutions are deal for JSR Technology’s customer base as they improve employee productivity and reduce overall operating costs, while providing an industry-leading desktop visual communications experience on a variety of platforms.
