Avistar C3 Unified™ for Microsoft OCS & Lync
The Avistar C3 Unified™ for Microsoft OCS and Lync solutions allow organizations to integrate the Avistar C3™ experience into UC solutions such as Microsoft OCS and Lync. This enables true, continuous multiparty videoconferencing and seamless interoperability between Microsoft’s Office Communications Server (now Microsoft Lync) and non-Microsoft video infrastructure such as room and telepresence systems, while delivering enhanced bandwidth management capabilities

Microsoft OCS (now Microsoft Lync) has taken center stage as a leading unified communications platform. Clients quickly see the benefits of its company-wide, presence-based contact directory and features such as instant messaging, VoIP integration, and advanced desktop application integration. In many deployments of Microsoft OCS, though, desktop videoconferencing is turned off because key features are not supported within the OCS platform, such as direct videoconferencing interoperability with other desktops, rooms and telepresence systems, and lack support for continuous presence multiparty videoconferencing, advanced calling and comprehensive bandwidth management controls.
